The study design will be a prospective observational clinical study. The study population comprises dental splints applied to traumatized teeth in patients referred to the Trauma Clinic. All patients
s akin to assembling a toolkit with various instruments, each serving a specific purpose, to meticulously examine and document the status and changes in dental trauma management

Age

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient referred to the Dental Trauma Clinic at the Dental Hospital of the Federal University of Uberlândia; patient with permanent traumatized tooth; both gender; patient with dental splint; patient aged 6 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with traumatized primary teeth; patients under 6 years old; patients who can not attend follow-ups

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate dental splints performed in public health networks and Dental Emergency Units, and to analyze whether there are differences in the protocols employed and if the treatment was correctly administered

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To train healthcare professionals in public health networks to correctly manage the initial approach to patients with dentoalveolar trauma, focusing on patient satisfaction and the health of traumatized teeth, in order to achieve the most favorable prognosis.
