Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Educators, teachers and family members of the Elementary School of EMEFs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students and teachers who are away, holiday or retired will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find improvement in attention and executive functions, verified by the five-digit test (FDT) from the finding or size of effect, measured by Cohen's method D greater than 0.5 in the pre and post intervention measurements. experimental group compared to control.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in emotional health, verified through the MASC multidimensional anxiety scale, ESI child stress scale, ICD child depression scale, PANAS positive and negative affect scale), from the finding of an effect size, measured by method D and Cohen greater than 0.5 in the pre and post intervention measurements in the experimental group compared to the control.
