Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of 2.5% of the body fat mass evaluated by the electrical bioimpedance, a 15% increase in the distance covered, analyzed by the 6-minute walk test and 50% upper limb muscle resistance and 30% lower limbs evaluated by flexion tests Of the forearm and sit and stand, respectively, after twelve weeks of training.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After twelve weeks of detraining the percentage of body fat and cardiorespiratory and muscular resistance will return to pre-training baseline conditions.
