| Expected outcome 1 - It is expected an improvement in the strength of the lower limbs, assessed through the Chair Stand Test, for evaluation, the total duration of the test will be observed to carry out five repetitions (GURALNIK et al., 1994). The result will be based on the amount of time required to complete 5 complete sit and lift movements (BOHANNON et al., 2010). Consequently, the shorter the execution time, the better the participant's functional condition (MELO et al., 2019). The test will be performed at baseline moments before the start of interventions, then reapplication will be performed eight and twelve weeks after the start of interventions.;Outcome found 1 - At the end of the intervention, no differences were observed between the groups (1.3, 95% CI = -1.77 to 4.37; 0.5, 95% CI = -2.05 to 3.05 );Expected outcome 2 - An improvement in the muscular resistance of the lower limbs is expected, evaluated through the Chair Rise Test, the evaluation aims to evaluate the muscular resistance of the lower limbs, as well as to predict the risk of falls (JONES; RIKLI; BEAM, 1999). For its execution, the participant must sit down and stand up completely, with arms crossed over the chest, as fast as possible, during a period of 30 seconds. To do this, you will need a chair with a backrest, without armrests, as well as a stopwatch. The test will be performed at baseline times before the start of the interventions, then the reapplication will be carried out eight and twelve weeks after the start of the interventions.;Outcome found 2 - At the end of the intervention, no significant differences were observed between the groups (1.6, 95% CI = -4.24 to 1.04; 0.0, 95% CI = -2.26 to -2, 26);Expected outcome 3 - An improvement in lower limb power is expected. For power assessment, the Chair Rise Test repetitions will be introduced into an equation proposed by Signorile et al., (2010), which uses the repetitions performed in the first 20 seconds and the participant's body we | — |

| Expected outcome 09 - As a qualitative analysis, it is expected to understand how home-based training with remote supervision influenced perceptions linked to barriers, facilitators and motivation for the practice of physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. The elderly who were part of the experimental group will be invited to participate, after the 12 weeks of intervention, in a focus group. This technique consists of a group interview, in which the researcher or moderator leads the discussion and ensures that participants interact and talk about a particular topic (BARBOUR, 2009). Groups of 8 seniors will be formed, who will be invited to participate in a remote (virtual) conversation via the Google Meet platform. In this study, the focus group will be used to recognize the perceptions regarding the barriers, facilitators and motivation for the practice of physical activity in the home-based model. It is worth mentioning that, for the focus group technique, the data saturation criterion will be considered, which according to Fontanella, Ricas and Turato (2008), is a conceptual tool often used in qualitative research to establish or define the final size of the interviewed sample. . In this perspective, the saturation point will be obtained from the moment in which the reports obtained in the interviews begin to become repetitive, no longer finding any new information, and that the collected data are sufficient for a discussion of the object of the study. The conversations will be recorded, and the speeches will be transcribed and submitted to content analysis, using the categorical analysis technique, obeying the following steps: 1. Construction of the analysis corpus from the transcription of the material collected in the interviews; 2. Fluctuating reading for familiarization with the contents of the collected material; 3. Definition and identification of record units in the text; 4. Naming and identification of meaning units; 5. Quantification of the mean | — |
