This research is a prospectively registered, two-arm, double-blinded, randomized clinical trial, placebo-controlled by minimal intervention. Its design was based on the checklist of The Consoli

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: amateur ciclists
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: continuous use of painkillers; ride with proposed bike setup
