Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 25 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Present a good alignment of the lower anterior elements; be between 18 and 25 years old; have already undergone orthodontic treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Being under orthodontic treatment; presenting with periodontal disease; having severe crowding between the anterior teeth of the jaw.

| It is expected to find changes in the periodontal indexes using the method where after the period of 6 months of use of each retainer, therefore, periodontal evaluations of the anterior lower teeth will be performed in the three areas: two proximal and lingual, through the plaque and biofilm index dental (IP), gingival bleeding index (ISS), clinical level of insertion (NCI) and probing depth (PS) and the presence of debris in the retaining wire will also be assessed. Each index will be accounted for in an ordinal qualitative manner. | — |
