Age
21 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be an active teacher of Ensino Fundamental II at São Paulo City

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 21 years old and over 65 years old; Uncontrolled chronic diseases; regular meditation practice and similar techniques, such as yoga and tai chi chuan; use of prescription drugs without medical supervision; presence of sleep disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We expect to find stress reduction that will be analyzed by varying the average levels of 1) salivary cortisol; 2) Lipp Stress Symptom Inventory; 3) Perceived Stress Scale. The 3 measurements are obtained before and after the application of the experimental protocol.
