6 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of both sexes, aged between 6 and 12 years old, who understand the tests to be carried out and agree to participate in the postural intervention; adolescents of both sexes, aged between 10 and 17 years old, who understand the tests to be carried out and agree to participate in the postural intervention; enrolled and attending public and private schools in municipalities in the South of Brazil;teachers of both sexes and different subjects from participating schools; parents and/or legal guardians of participating students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: students with diagnosed motor and cognitive disabilities, previously acquired physical disabilities, congenital and neurological changes; students who do not attend 2/3 of the Technology in Postural Education Online and In-person Program interventions; teachers who do not attend training programs;Illiterate parents and/or guardians

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Postural education regarding postural habits in the school environment and in daily life activities, through theoretical-practical educational actions associated with the use of technology, active participation of teachers and family members, will provide an improvement in the knowledge and quality of life of adolescents participating in two modalities, with better results in the face-to-face format.
