Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| We expect to find benefits from the 12-week intervention of aerobic exercise on the treadmill, at moderate to vigorous intensity, as a way of improving aspects of sleep quality, quality of life and mental health. At the end of the 12 weeks, mental health questionnaires will be administered and polysomnography will be carried out to verify the effects of the training. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| By checking the different intensities of aerobic exercise, carrying out a 12-week intervention of aerobic exercise on the treadmill, we will see if the outcome improves sleep quality and mental health. At the end of the 12 weeks, mental health questionnaires will be administered and polysomnography will be carried out to verify the effects of the training. | — |
