Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant between 12 and 20 weeks of pregnancy; without previous deliveries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes; fetal malformation unfeasible to vaginal delivery; urinary incontinence.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of 30% of post-partum urinary incontinence in study group related to control, identified as ICIQ-SF <1 in continent patients.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of perineal laceration identified through delivery register of each patient.
