Age
9 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both genders, aged between 9 and 15 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who can not perform physical exercise.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Increased aerobic fitness level assessed through the 6-minute test.;There was a 200m increase in the distance covered in the 6-minute test, indicating an increase in the aerobic fitness level.
