Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals over 18 years of age with a diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or asthma, regardless of the presence of comorbidities, were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age or those with cognitive difficulties that interfere with understanding the questions were excluded

MeasureTime frame
The effectiveness of pharmaceutical care via telepharmacy is expected to be observed through a reduction of at least 20% in the occurrence of medication-related problems or an increase of at least 20% in adherence to medication treatment in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or asthma, comparing the periods before and after implementation of the intervention
