Experimental Group: 7 subjects been 4 men and 3 women all obese were submitted into physical aerobic training with 3 sessions of training per week with 30 minutes each session respecting a pause of 48

Age
25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients had to be voluntary; both gender; body mass index igual or above 25 kg/m²; sedentary and diagnosed with T2DM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac pathologies; not being obese and sedentary; uncontrolled blood glucose spikes

Expected outcome 1 Improvement of glycemic indexes, regulations by laboratorial exams with a reduction of at least 10% of blood glucose. Data collected before and after an intervention ;outcome. Reduction in hyperglycemia from the first session until the end of the experiment of 169.2±50.9 for 129.6±9.0 mg/dL in de average. Fasting glycemia was reduced after the fourth week of training even without changes in the adiposity
