Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be between 18 and 40 years of age; not be obese; practice more than 150 minutes of daily physical activity; Answer yes to all PAR-Q questions; do not use drugs or nutritional supplements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have presented osteomyoarticular lesion in the last and months; be using nutritional supplements; be an athlete in any sport; having a lower limb prosthesis.

We expect to find mean values of serum creatine kinase, measured by UV spectrometry, above 400 U/l after performing after 72 h the plyometric exercises.;Creatine Kinase values were found on average 400 U/L above the initial values 72 after the intervention.
