| Evaluate post-exercise hypotension in hypertensive individuals after supplementation with aged garlic extract. It is expected to find the pressure reduction after garlic supplementation, as well as the potentiation of hypotension caused by the physical exercise session. It will be checked by the method of measuring blood pressure, using a sphygmomanometer. The behavior of post-supplementation and post-exercise blood pressure was observed and compared to baseline values to detect post-exercise hypotension and its magnitude. From the verification of a statistically significant variation (p<0.05), we will have the indication that the supplementation was effective to reduce blood pressure and potentiate the hypotensive effect of exercise | — |
