Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healhy volunteers; trained men (6 months or more); body mass index: 18-30kg/m²; 18-30 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: orthopedics injuries (2 months); open wounds; use of regular medication, alcohol, tobacco and nutritional supplementation
