Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy volunteers; male; league of legends players for over 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women; history of alcohol or drug abuse; league of legends players under the age of 1 in the game

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The chronotype that most athletes presented was a “moderately evening” type. They presented a positive score for the PSQI, were borderline for excessive daytime sleepiness, both sleep onset and offset were significantly prolonged at competition time and total sleep time was reduced for their age.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Linear regression analysis indicated an association between the PSQI and sleep onset and daytime sleepiness, as well as between chronotype and sleep onset and time awake.
