Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than 17 and equal or smaller of 70;histological confirmation of melanoma;no treatment for melanoma before biopsy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pigmented lesions with histology other than melanoma;age smaller than 17 years and greater than 70 years.
