Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral Cairo type 1 gingival recession in at least one of the arcades. Teeth in periodontal health. Sites with a probing depth less than or equal to 3mm. Less or equal than 5% of bleeding index. No gingival inflammation. Caries free

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of antibiotic therapy . History of anti-inflammatory drugs in the last three months. History of pregnancy at the moment of the research. History of Smoking or definitive habit interruption within five years. History of any systemic problem. History of Endodontic treatment or pulp pathology in the involved tooth. History of Pathogenic occlusal interferences. History of pre-surgery on site

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate the effectiveness of the use of Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin associated with the zucchelli technique in total root covering in patients with gengival recession type I of Cairo evaluated by clinical measure in millimeter of high and width recession.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Verify the degree of sensitivity in three moments, preoperative and postoperative 3 and 6 months, according to the analogous visual scale, answered by the patient, after air jet stimulus.
