Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Hypertensive men who use the antihypertensive agents Enalapril Maleate or Losartan, as well as those who do not use medication to control blood pressure may present a decrease in sympathetic influence and increase in parasympathetic activity when evaluated by means of frequency spectral analysis and pre and post conditions the aerobic physical training program.;Hypertensive men may present metabolic alterations, evaluated through blood samples such as: increased glycemia and fasting insulin; increase in total cholesterol and fractions; increased triglycerides; increased C-reactive protein; increased levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-6, catecholamines and angiotensins I and II, these variables being influenced by the aerobic physical training program. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The aerobic physical training program may be able to promote in all hypertensive men, from the three groups, the improvement of cardiorespiratory and metabolic function, such as the anaerobic threshold and the volume of oxygen consumed at the peak of exercise (VO2peak), evaluated by means of of the ergospirometric test.;The aerobic physical training program may still be able to promote changes in body composition, lowering body weight and consequently decreasing body fat and, in some cases, may further promote lean body mass. | — |
