Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and adolescents between 2 and 19 years old of both genders, both female and male; Enrolled in the Family Health Strategy and in the single health system and linked to some school;With decayed primary molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children less than 2 and more than 19 years; children with deciduos molars with fistula, mobility and pulp involvement.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of effectiveness between the atraumatic interventions and conventional interventions , considering the incidence of caries . The sample will consist of students and patients enrolled in the Health Program Family, of both sexes , aged between 2 and 19, grouped in children and adolescents with decayed teeth. The quality of restorations will be evaluated every six months for a period of three years. It will be observed if there was fracture, partial or total loss of the restorations, during this period, and identify which restoration material has the best performance.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determine longevity, identifying which restoration has better durability, the atraumatic interventions (ART Hall and technique) and conventional restorations, through the evaluation of restorations, every 6 months for a period of 3 years. Identifying whether there was a failure, loss or fracture of the restorations.It will be observed if there was fracture, partial or total loss of the restorations, during this period, and identify which restoration material has the best performance.
