Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women from 18 to 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who present some osteomioarticular dysfunction reported by the participants that make it impossible to perform the postures at the time of practical activities. Pregnant women or those that become during the time of the research will be excluded
