Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes. over 60 years old. diagnosed with cancer. Who are under follow-up at the Hospital das Clínicas de Ribeirão Preto in the Geriatric Oncology Outpatient Clinic. capable of using a cell phone for telephonic follow-up or having a companion and/or caregiver to assist the older adult in accessing treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A low score on cognitive screening using the 10-point Cognitive Screener (10-CS); according to the level of education; neurological disease; bone metastasis; palliative care; decompensated cardiovascular disease; or blood pressure equal to or greater than 160/90mmHg

| To evaluate physical-functional performance over 9 months of study by testing the stand and sit tests 5 times, maximum height reached without imbalance on the front step and side step, gait speed, hand grip strength and stand and sit test in one minute;Identify adherence to the booklet proposal as a therapeutic method in cancer patients through the monitoring calendar contained in the booklet and periodic telephone calls.;Identify the reasons associated with not performing the physical exercise proposed by the justification area for non-performance which is also in the booklet and through periodic calls;To evaluate whether the practice of physical exercise stimulates a reduction in the time spent on sedentary behavior in the older adults, which will be collected through the international physical activity questionnaire | — |
