This is an experimental study. Participants will be divided into two groups: i) Traditional Training Group (TRAD, n=30), performing the traditional exercise protocol

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physically inactive for at least 3 months. aged 18 years or older. A positive COVID-19 test conducted at least 6 months ago. Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Younger than 18 years old. Active smoker. Never had COVID-19

Expected outcome: It is expected to find improvements in fatigue symptoms, body composition, and muscle strength through both physical exercise interventions.;Outcome: Both interventions resulted in a reduction in the number of symptoms, as evidenced by the repeated measures ANOVA test between and within subjects (p < 0.05), however, no improvements were observed in body composition or muscle strength.
