Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First phase of the study: being a technical-administrative employee at USP's Ribeirão Preto campus; both sexes; be 18 years of age or older. Second phase of the study (intervention): Score at or above 23 points on the PSS14 scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: First phase of the study: less than one year of employment at the institution; be an outsourced employee; not responding to the USP campus in Ribeirão Preto; be on leave for health reasons or maternity leave. Second phase of the study (intervention): practice some type of meditation in the last 12 months; being under treatment with psychotropic drugs.
