Age
35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with an indication for dental implant rehabilitation; patients able to attend the Implant Dentistry Clinic of the Institute of Science and Technology, São Paulo State University, São José dos Campos campus; aged between eighteen and seventy-five years; presence of healthy soft tissues

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Need for the use of biomaterials; completely edentulous patients; presence of periodontal disease; incomplete dental records; smoking (more than ten cigarettes per day) or chronic alcohol consumption; uncontrolled systemic diseases; pregnant or breastfeeding women

MeasureTime frame
Expected to evaluate the correlation between insertion torque and the Implant Stability Quotient, as well as the influence of primary stability on osseointegration, by recording insertion torque in Newton-centimeters and measuring the Implant Stability Quotient through resonance frequency analysis using the Osstell Beacon device immediately after implant placement and after ninety days, with the values obtained at both time points and their statistical correlation being assessed.

Expected to evaluate the influence of implant characteristics, including implant surface area, diameter, length, and macrogeometry, on primary stability and osseointegration by recording insertion torque in Newton-centimeters and measuring the Implant Stability Quotient through resonance frequency analysis using the Osstell Beacon device immediately after implant placement and after ninety days, with the insertion torque values, Implant Stability Quotient values, and their statistical association with the implant characteristics being assessed at both evaluation time points.
