Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult volunteers; both genders; age between 18 and 35 years; weight within the variation limit of 15% of the weight considered normal for men and women, taking into account height and physical structure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic disorders; with lesions of the central nervous system, established deformities of lower limbs; previous hamstring muscle injury in the assessed limb; inflammatory processes established in the segment. Be performing physiotherapeutic treatment in progress; in concomitant participation in competitions and; with flexibility that exceeds the limits of the evaluation apparatus.

10% difference in knee joint range of motion, determined by goniometry at the beginning and end of the study, in degrees. ;10% difference in the power of lower limbs, determined by distance (Hop test) at the beginning and end of the study, in meters.;Difference of 10% in the balance, determined by distance (Y-balance) at the beginning and end of the study, in meters.;10% difference in flexibility of knee flexors, determined by measuring the distance of the Wells bench at the beginning and end of the study, in centimeters.
