Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers diagnosed with any rheumatological disease; Are not undergoing any type of physiotherapeutic treatment; Older than 18 years; Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent fracture (last 3 months); Have participated in any therapies in the last 3 (three) months; Inability or interruption during functional tests; Perform more than 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity per week

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the group that receives the health self-management protocol will present better outcomes in biopsychosocial aspects assessed through questionnaires and functional physical tests compared to other groups

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that improvements in the evaluated biopsychosocial aspects assessed through questionnaires and functional physical tests will be maintained over time
