Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male individuals who were 20-40 years old and practiced resistance training for at least 3 months non-interuptly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the participants will be excluded if they take some medication, sterois and supplements

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analyze the serum testosterone concentration measured by commercial ELISA kits; it is expected to find an increase in concentrations. ;Consider possible changes in body composition through anthropometric measurements and bioimpedance; it is expected to find an increase in muscle mass and decrease in fat.;Consider increasing strength by testing a maximum repetition in the bench press; it is expected to find a 10% increase in strength in individuals
