Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with at least one office visit in the pre-natal service of Women's Health Reference Center of Ribeirão Preto – MATER; informed consent form signed if age at least 18 years old or assent form signed if younger than 18 years old (in this case, with a consent form signed by legal guardian)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients that do not have access to a mobile phone with internet connection and access to the free messaging app Whatsapp; clinical conditions that impair the comprehension of the videos (such as alcohol and/or drug addiction, psychiatric diseases without adequate medical treatment)

MeasureTime frame
To assess the rate of fear of childbirth measured by the Fear of Childbirth Scale (FOBS): this scale consists of two 100 mm visual analogue scales (VAS), which are added and averaged to obtain a score, with the cut-off point for fear of childbirth being considered a score greater than or equal to 60. The intervention is expected to reduce the rate of fear of childbirth

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate the satisfaction rate in relation to the videos received: it will be evaluated using a five-point face scale and a Likert scale (with five options) evaluating content, understanding, number of videos received per week and whether they would be recommended to other women. It is expected that the videos received will be well evaluated;To assess the rate of satisfaction with the quality of the service provided by the Women's Health Reference Center of Ribeirão Preto-MATER: it will be assessed using a five-point face scale and a Likert scale (with five options) to assess the quality of the service and whether the service would be recommended to other women. The quality of the institution's service is expected to be well evaluated;To assess the rate of desired mode of delivery: it will be assessed by asking what type of delivery the woman would like. The intervention is expected to increase the desire for vaginal delivery
