Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least one tooth with indication of extraction in the regions of premolars and or lower and or upper molars without bone defects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for oral surgery; smokers of more than 10 cigarettes a day; pregnant or nursing women; need for grafting; maxillary sinus diseases when extraction is in the upper arch.
