Experimental group: 100 young individuals (20-40 years old) will receive conventional feeding for a period of 14 days. In other words, breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks (cookies and fruit) will be

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria to participate in the clinical study will be individuals aged 20-40 years (young adult age group); Individuals without any cancers; or with non-communicable chronic diseases; and individuals with alcohol intake of a maximum of 30mL / day for men and half of that value for women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not consume fruits and vegetables will be excluded; smoking individuals; and those women who, even within the inclusion criteria, are pregnant or lactating

MeasureTime frame
To assess the relationship of DNA damage by the Cometa Assay method and oxidative stress by the TBARS methods and antioxidant enzymes of individuals consuming feed obtained by organic cultivation compared to conventional culture. It is expected that individuals who consume conventional culture feed present greater DNA damage, quantified in DNA fragments and increased activation of the antioxidant system measured by nmol of blood.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the adequacy of pesticide levels in foods from conventional and organic cultivation and to associate with biomarkers of urinary exposure, both analyzed by Chromatography. It is expected to find higher levels of pesticides in foods obtained by conventional cultivation, expressed in micrograms of agrochemicals in 100g of food. As expected it is expected to find higher levels of agrochemicals in the urine, expressed in micrograms of pesticides in ml of urine.
