Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Well-trained competitive or recreational female runners; experienced in endurance; healthy; aged 16 years or older; active in the modality for at least 3 years; engaged in regular endurance training (at least 4 times per week); and with familiarity in road races of at least 10,000 m
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presenting injuries during the study period; experiencing adverse effects from caffeine consumption; reporting cardiovascular diseases or chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and any other health conditions; use of medications for cardiac, pulmonary, thyroid, antihypertensive, endocrinological, or neuromuscular conditions

| The Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion scale (6–20) to report their perceived effort during the trial. Flow assessment using the Flow State Scale (FSS-2), aimed at expressing how the participant experienced the session.;The heart rate (HR, Bpm) and will be used as exhaustion criteria.;Blood samples will be collected upon arrival at the laboratory and 45 minutes after ingestion of the experimental condition, before the exercise session, to determine plasma caffeine levels and verify absorption of the compound present in tereré.;Absolute values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg) at predefined recovery times (5 minutes post-exercise) | — |
