Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young sedentary university students for at least six months, of both sexes, aged between 18 and 29 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Youth with inability to understand and respond to simple verbal commands; with heart disease; that make use of auxiliary devices for walking; with severe visual impairment or not compensated for the use of corrective lenses; with orthopedic disorders that result in movement limitation and use of prostheses in lower limbs; and who have performed physical activity regularly in the last six months.

| It is expected to find a significant gain in physical fitness after the 24 sessions, verified by the evaluation methods of the Six-minute Walk Test and the Shuttle Walk Test, from the change in the classification of the low level of fitness to regular or good level. | — |

| It is expected to find an improvement in the quality of life after the 24 sessions, verified by the World Health Organization's Quality of Life Questionnaire, short version (Whoqol-bref) from a percentage increase of at least 25 points in the final result in the physical domains, 20 points in the psychological domain and 15 percentage points in the social and environmental domains. | — |
