Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Physiological or induced coma; submitted to invasive mechanical ventilation; indication of nasoenteral tube in medical prescription; over 18 years old; patients who lost the nasoenteral tube due to inadvertent exit or obstruction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy; nasal stenosis; upper respiratory tract abnormalities; esophageal disorders; skull base fracture; teeth with mobility and history of difficult intubation
