Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| That the muscle stretching exercise could attenuate postural deviations and pain in nursing professionals | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Muscle stretching exercises promoted positive and chronic positive changes in the concavities of the vertebral column in the cervical and thoracic regions and in the alignment of the cervical region; an acute reduction in scapula gibosity was detected; and a reduction in lumbar curvature after 08 weeks of training (p = 0.05).;That the F of 2x3 ANOVA, with repeated measures, for group x pain interaction, presented a significant difference (F = 6.5, p = 0.002). The post hoc Tukey HSD for unequal samples found that the groups were homogeneous for the initial pain symptoms and, in the EE alone, the acute and chronic pain were significantly lower than the initial pain (p = 0.001), but there was no difference between acute and chronic pain | — |
