20 patients with Parkinson disease will be assessed by demographic questionaire, anthropometry and psychometric task, then divided into exercise (EG=10) and control (CG=10) groups. Both groups will be

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria comprised subjects with Parkinson disease, presenting no cardiopathology, and in agreement with the consenting legal terms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not accomplish at leats 85% of the exercise program will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
EG will yield a significant improvement on executive function as determined by a 5% reduction on pre-post average scores of UPDRS items tasks, and in comparison to non-exposed subjects.;EG will present a better fitness condition at the end of intervention, indicated by 5% higher score in average performances on pre-post strength and agility tasks of Senior Fitness Test, and relative the non- exposed individuals.
