Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Improvements are expected in overall cognitive function and in specific domains (e.g., memory and attention, executive function, etc.) through the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Verbal Fluency Test, Scenery Picture Memory Test, and the Timed Up and Go Cognitive Test, based on an increase in the MoCA score or an improvement in performance on the specific tests | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| An improvement in the participants' physical performance and functional capacity is expected, as verified by the Sit-to-Stand Test, Timed Up and Go (TUG) test, 10-meter Walk Test, Unipodal Stance Test, and Handgrip Strength, based on an increase in physical performance in pre- and post-intervention measurements; An increase in lean body mass and a reduction in fat mass are expected, as determined by in-body bioimpedance analysis, based on the observation of variations in pre- and post-intervention measurements | — |
