Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes; age above 18 years; literate; with a minimum score of 23 in the Mental State Mini Exam; agree to participate in the meetings; sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Give up the study; not answer the questionnaires completely

Improvement in quality and sleep time due to improvement in pittsburgh score ;Weight loss as measured by a decrease in body weight;Loss in centimeter of abdominal circumference verified by measuring with tape measure;Beginning or maintenance of the physical activity practice verified by self-report;Better scores on the quality of life verified by better score in the whoqol bref instrument;Improvement of the stress verified by decrease of the scale of perceived stress;Best basal vital signs as verified by sphygmomanometer and finger oximeter
