60 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 60 and 75 years; physically inactive for at least 6 months; medical diagnosis of hypertension; using antihypertensive medication; no previous history of severe cardiovascular disease or cardiovascular events; no osteomioarticular lesions that limit the ability to exercise; without estrogen replacement therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoker; diagnosis of diabetes
