Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| There is a better recovery of gait in 03 months in patients submitted to very early mobilization, perceived through the use of the modified Rankin scale, with a difference of 10% between groups. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Functional and gait recovery in 07 days or until hospital discharge assessed by the Barthel Index and modified Rankin scale, with a difference of 10% between groups. Mobilization within 12 (twelve) hours after thrombolysis in patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke is safe. Patients mobilized within 12 hours after thrombolysis have a lower risk of falls after 3 months, assessed by the Time UP And Go Test (TUG), with a difference of 10% between groups. | — |
