Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 18 years old, thrombolyzed, hemodynamically stable, oxygen saturation> 92% and temperature <38.5º, preserved cognitive (being able to respond to the examiner's command during the tests (Item 1 of the NIHSS) and application of resources), and who have Rankin previously referred (Rankin ? 2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with clinical and / or radiological deterioration within the first hour of admission to the stroke unit or direct admission to intensive care, documented pathological treatment, indication for immediate surgery, other serious or unstable medical illness, coronary disease, no response to voice will be excluded , Systolic blood pressure less than 110 mm Hg or greater than 220 mm Hg, oxygen saturation less than 92% with oxygen supplementation, resting heart rate less than 40 beats per minute or greater than 110 beats per minute, temperature greater than 38 ° C, or that has other interventions that prevent the protocol from being carried out

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
There is a better recovery of gait in 03 months in patients submitted to very early mobilization, perceived through the use of the modified Rankin scale, with a difference of 10% between groups.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Functional and gait recovery in 07 days or until hospital discharge assessed by the Barthel Index and modified Rankin scale, with a difference of 10% between groups. Mobilization within 12 (twelve) hours after thrombolysis in patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke is safe. Patients mobilized within 12 hours after thrombolysis have a lower risk of falls after 3 months, assessed by the Time UP And Go Test (TUG), with a difference of 10% between groups.
