Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Higher prevalence of cancer among TP53 R337H mutation carriers and differences in case frequency by sub-regions of the state of Paraná, through a genetic study and data collection of 612 families, evaluated by continuous monitoring and the geographic information system (SIG). | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The increase in the early diagnosis of cancer in the monitored population, evaluated in comparison to hospital-based or population-based data, and cases that occurred in the cohort before the interference of our team.;The effectiveness of the educational program (genetic counseling and guidance to reduce exposure to environmental contaminants, evaluated by the increase of people who did not develop cancer compared to the period before the intervention. | — |
