Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged over 60 years old, both sexes, capable of walking without the aid of walking devices, living in a long-term care facility for elderly people (ILPI) and who agree to participate in the study by signing the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with psychiatric problems diagnosed by medication use or medical report, disability wheelchair use, hypertension not controlled by medication, cognitive impairment and severely limiting visual or hearing deficit not compensated by wearing glasses and hearing aids will be excluded. of sound amplification.
