Interventions
Two experimental groups and a control group, where each group
group will receive the same type of endodontic treatment with chemical-mechanical root canal preparation. There is no randomization in the
Group 3. 20 healthy patients (control group). The patients will be followed throughout the endodontic treatment and will be reevaluated in 1 year by means of periapical radiographs using the Orstavick

Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with teeth presenting periradicular endodontic compromise; oncologic patients; patients aged between 18 and 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who will not be available for proservation visits; patients who have received antibiotic therapy in the last 3 months; patients who have any condition that limits their survival to less than 3 months. patient who is unable to understand and co-operate with study procedures or to provide informed consent.

| It is expected to observe the periapical healing determined by radiographic examination through the PAI (periapical index) to assess the degree of success of endodontic treatment.
