Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in Vulvovaginites recurrences after the intervention of kinesiotherapy of the pelvic floor muscles, measured by reducing the number of episodes of candidiasis and vaginosis recurrence in women with recurrences candidiasis or bacterial vaginosis

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It's expected that kinetotherapy of PFM interfere in the homeostasis of vaginal environment, by measuring L- lactate acid, pH, temperature, pre and post exercicises in women with recurrences candidiases or bacterial vaginoses.;Improve sexual function of women with bacterial vaginosis or candidiasis recurring , after the intervention of pelvic floor muscles Kinesiotherapy, measured by female sexual function index - FSFI
