Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Patients attending the nursing consultation for orientation to the examination, Patients older than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not have a telephone

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome: Physician will evaluate the preparation of the bowel using the Boston scale (0 to 9 points). Improvement of the colonoscopy preparation, as measured by the Boston score, which can vary from 0, prior preparation and 9, better preparation.It is expected that patients in the intervention group will have higher scores.
