Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals previously diagnosed with Osteoarthritis with indication for Total Knee Arthroplasty; individuals clinically eligible to undergo Total Knee Arthroplasty; availability to attend in-person assessments; access to the internet through a mobile phone, computer, or tablet; ability to understand and perform the telerehabilitation instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who present postoperative surgical or clinical complications, including infection; individuals with cognitive or motor limitations that prevent participation in telerehabilitation; individuals without adequate internet access during the intervention period; patients with more than three consecutive absences from the synchronous program; patients who perform the asynchronous exercises less than twice per week

MeasureTime frame
The primary overall outcome of this study is to investigate the degree of satisfaction with telerehabilitation in the postoperative period of total knee arthroplasty in elderly individuals, using the questionnaires Telemedicine Satisfaction Questionnaire (TSQ) and the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Patient Satisfaction Via Telemedicine (QAS-tele)

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome of this study is to investigate the physical and functional effects of a 12-week telerehabilitation protocol in the postoperative period of total knee arthroplasty in elderly individuals, using the following instruments: Mini-BESTest (Mini Balance Evaluation Systems Test), for dynamic balance and fall risk; WOMAC - Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index for pain, stiffness, and physical function; Visual Analogue Scale for pain intensity; 6-Minute Walk Test for aerobic functional capacity; 30-Second Sit-to-Stand Test for lower limb strength and fall risk; Short Physical Performance Battery for overall physical performance; WHOQOL-OLD (World Health Organization Quality of Life for Older People) for quality of life of older people
