18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; ages 18 to 70; Heart Failure Class I, II or III according to the New York Heart Association; no regular physical exercise for 3 months; ability to perform moderate physical activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical conditions of any nature that prevent the performance of physical activities; chronic kidney disease requiring dialysis; oxygen desaturation during exercise; complex ventricular arrhythmias at rest or during exercise; hospitalization due to cardiovascular decompensation, acute myocardial infarction, surgical or percutaneous revascularization, complex arrhythmias or sudden reversed death; social incapacity to attend the proposed sessions; serious cognitive or psychiatric problems

MeasureTime frame
Participants in the intervention group are expected to increase their aerobic capacity measured by the 6-Minute Walk Test by at least 12 to 40% (70 to 170 m) in the distance covered and improve their Quality of Life score measured by the Five-Dimensional Questionnaire 5 Levels, both in proportions not inferior to the physical exercise group or at most in values ??20% lower

Participants in the intervention group are expected to reduce their scores on the Depression Anxiety And Stress Scale 21 (version validated for Brazilian Portuguese) in proportions no lower than those in the physical exercise group or at most 20% lower;Participants in the intervention group are expected to increase their scores on the Brief Multidimensional Measure of Religiousness and Spirituality (version validated for Brazilian Portuguese) in proportions no lower than those in the physical exercise group or at most 20% lower
