Interventions

After undergoing radical prostatectomy, 92 patients will be recruited and randomized in two groups: Experimental group - 46 men will receive phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors and Low intensity ex

45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radical prostatectomy with nerve sparing; Age less than or equal to 75 years; Preserved libido; IIEF-5 of at least 18 (International Index of Erectile Function; stable relationship for at least three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; hypogonadism; uncontrolled psychiatric condition; pelvic radiotherapy or androgen deprivation therapy; complications in the postoperative period with surgical intervention (Clavien-Dindo> II).
