Interventions

The proposed study is an double-blinded placebo controlled study, with 14 weeks-duration. To assess the effect of antioxidant supplementation on neuromuscular adaptations induced by strength training,
2) dead lift
3) leg press
4) machine bench press
5) row
and 6) trunk flexion. In the first five weeks, each exercise will be performed in three sets of 10 to 12 maximal repetitions, with a relative load of 12 RM. In the subsequent five weeks, each exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The sample of the present study will be comprised of 40 survivors of breast cancer referred to the chemotherapeutic, radiotherapeutic and / or surgical treatment in the public and / or private hospital network. Must be female; Have been diagnosed with stage I to IIIC breast cancer (1, 3); Have completed radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy for at least six months; Have not been involved in exercise programs for at least six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastatic cancer; Cardiovascular and/or metabolic/ and/or muscular dysfunctions; Secondary cancers
